What hand-coded actually means

It means somebody writes the code for your site specifically, instead of dragging blocks around inside someone else's system. That sounds like a small distinction. It changes four things that matter:

It is fast. Page builders ship a pile of code your site never uses. Yours only carries what it needs, and Google counts speed when it decides where you rank.
It is yours. The files live on your account, not ours. If you never speak to us again, the site keeps running.
There is no monthly fee. No platform subscription. Hosting on Cloudflare is free at your traffic level.
It can do things templates cannot. The scroll film on our home page is not a feature you can switch on in Wix. It is written.

Most of our clients did — usually a template that stopped working for them. A face lift is often cheaper than a rebuild, and sometimes we look at a site and tell you it is fine and you should spend the money on content instead. Send us the link and we will tell you honestly which one it is.

Common questions

How long does it take?

Seven days from the day your assets land — not from the day you get in touch. If it takes you two weeks to send your logo, the clock starts when it arrives.

Who writes the words?

You send us your story and we shape it into copy that fits the design. If you would rather we write it from scratch, say so and we will quote it in.

Can you connect a shop?

Yes. Shopify checkout, product pages, inventory — connected and tested before you go live.

Do I really own it?

Yes. It is hand-coded and it lives on your account. You can take it anywhere, hand it to another developer, do whatever you like with it.
